Over 35 applications have been received in March, but processing has been delayed by many incomplete applications (lacking evidence and other documentation) and even fraudulent applications (including in the write-up text copied from elsewhere or produced by AI, and therefore resulting in the applicant being banned from accessing the Fund). Applicants are also reminded that they must belong to TWO categories of need.
